Amtrak’s new timetables are now in effect including (l-r above)the National System with its cover picture of the Coast Starlight, the new combined Surfliner-San Joaquin, and the Capitol Corridor, are in stations and available online.

  • May 2, 2008. COAST STARLIGHT BULLETIN
    Amtrak has resumed through train service on the Coast Starlight. The anticipated upgrade of service for #11 and 14 will start in late May, with an official launch on June 10.
  • Track work between Suisun and Martinez is scheduled to start around the first of June and lasting about four weeks. Capitol Corridor will set up a “bus bridge” between Suisun and Martinez during periods of work, but this should only affect late morning and early afternoon trains.
