The National Association of Railroad Passengers (NARP) will again hold its Region XII Meeting in conjunction with RailPAC at the same time in the same place. Cost for RailPAC or NARP members is $25, and includes morning coffee, box lunch and afternoon refreshments. $35 for Non-Members.
